GYROKINESIS® exercises allow one to work on the entire body through the natural elements of spinal movement: forward, backward, side to side, side-twisting and circular. This approach systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating movements. These movements stimulate the body’s internal organs.  Different corresponding breathing patterns are integrated along with the exercises.

Fluidity is the key. Positions are not held, rather they are smoothly and harmoniously connected through the use of breath. The exercises appear and feel more like dance than like traditional yoga.
